FAQ

It occurred to us at the conception of this venture that someone at some point will probably not understand what we're doing.  So here's to you, confused and misled wanderer of the universe. Hopefully we can answer any and all questions.

Q: What would you say you do around here?
A:  Perhaps best answered with another question: What are you doing? Here? Anywhere? What are you doing right now with your life?  Sure many of us know what we WANT to do with our lives.  After all we've been told our entire lives. Go to school, get in to college, and get a good job.  Easy right?  Well what happens when you're in thousands of dollars of debt with a shiny new degree and full of knowledge? How do you get from Point University to Point Professional.  You've wanted to work for that non-profit special interest firm ever since you finished watching "House of Cards". Sure you've had your internships and you know how the game works. So how DOES it work? Like REALLY work?

Our mission is to provide that primordial spark of knowledge like Prometheus himself.  More specifically, our job is to gain as much insight as possible from University Professors, Alumni, Government Employees, Corporate Analysts, News casters, and more.  Our job is to take that information and make it more accessible to the masses.  We take first-hand accounts of success stories from professionals (Prometheans themselves) with dozens of years of experience and present this information to you.

Q: I'm interested in working/interning for Promethean Professionals.
A: Great! Promethean Professionals is always looking for eager and hard-working individuals to add to our team.  Whether you're interested in conducting interviews with outstanding Prometheans, web design, content creation such as writing or blogging, or social media management, we want you!  Promethean Professionals is constantly changing and we want the best, brightest, and most dedicated individuals to help us expand and evolve.

Interested applicants can send an email to piprofession@gmail.com or with your name, the position you are applying for, and a description of why you think you would be a good fit for our team along with any optional supporting materials such as a resume or examples of original content from your portfolio.  Open positions will be posted on our Facebook page here.
